Much of the space is dedicated to a large, open kitchen and living area designed for family gatherings. This space opens onto the large deck, offering outdoor living space. The home is tucked in a corner of the lot near a ravine and nestled between beautiful old redwoods. The sloping site required soils engineering and concrete piers.
