Modern Accessory Dwelling in Santa Cruz - Just Finished!

Back in the summer we had an open house for one of our accessory dwelling projects in Santa Cruz, CA. John and Kathleen are building this dwelling in their backyard for Kathleen's father. The 1,000-square foot home has a 2-car garage, loft, full kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and lots of storage space for the gear of an active family in love with adventure and the outdoors. Here are some progress and near-finish photos of the project over the course of its construction from May to October 2014.
