Cost of a two story office, bathroom, mudroom addition

We recently added a two-story addition with an office, master bath, laundry and storage/mudroom to a Bay Area home. It was about 300 square feet and cost just under $200,000.

This ground floor was designed to be an office. On the second floor, we built a utility room mudroom, bathroom and storage.
