We designed and built this state-certified modular home in five weeks. Sunset Magazine decorated the interior and landscaped it for over 30,000 people to tour during their annual celebration weekend. The home has a ductless mini-split heat pump, marble counters, bamboo floors, a super-insulated roof, Fireclay tile backsplash and bathroom tile, Miele appliances and an ipe deck. This modular accessory dwelling unit was designed to be set in a backyard anywhere in California.
