Upon completing the site visit, your team will review our comprehensive database of past projects, compare your target investment, and verify that it is feasible based on the scope of work, current construction costs, and historic data.

You receive a budget breakdown based on your scope of work.
Each budget is broken down into design, permits, engineering, and construction costs. This gives you the information needed to be confident your project will come in on budget while we aim to set realistic expectations and avoid future surprises.
