  • Garbage cans are stored behind the gate on the left side of the property (looking at the front of the home from the street). The front homeowner is responsible for rolling the cans to the curb.

  • Approximately $404 per month. In addition, property taxes are estimated at $1,312 per month (based on a $1,075,000 purchase price).

  • Monthly assessments cover each owner’s share of the following expenses:
