Below is a cottage we did with Sunset Magazine. This 1 bed, 1 bath home features a loft, a kitchen, and a living area. It's a great example of comfortable living in a small space.

Meet Bruce, Nancy, and their daughter. They needed mores space for guests, so they converted the old milk barn on their property into this amazing accessory building. Now there's space for the grandparents when they come to visit, and they've got a beautiful office with decor that strikes a perfect balance between rustic and modern.
