Cost to Design and Build a Bathroom Remodel in San Francisco

Chris and Tatiana came to New Avenue ready to remodel their bathroom, which still had the same features and fixtures it had in 1947, including a formica countertop and vinyl flooring. It was time for an update.

A New Avenue contractor designed and built the remodel, bringing their bathroom up to date.

The bathroom received a complete overhaul with modern fixtures. The separate shower was removed, and a new bathtub with shower replaced it and the old tub. The layout of the room was changed to take full advantage of the space and make room for a new vanity. The design included storage space for toilet paper near the toilet and towels near the bathtub.

The total cost of this gorgeous remodel was $42,945.
